The house is in a really picturesque and quiet street in Derry, walking distance (10–15 min) from the centre of town, restaurants, Guildhall and the walls. The house is very private, with a large living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer, and a half bathroom on the first floor. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Check-in is contactless via a secure key safe, so you can arrive any time after 3pm — and we're happy to be flexible where we can, just ask.

Most stays are two nights or more, but we're flexible — get in touch about shorter breaks or longer stays and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely — we regularly host contractors, project teams and anyone working in Derry or across Northern Ireland. You get the whole house privately, with fast WiFi, a full kitchen, laundry and free parking. We offer discounted weekly and monthly rates and can provide receipts for company expenses — just get in touch with your dates.
How many guests can stay?
The townhouse has two bedrooms and comfortably suits couples, families and small groups. Let us know your party size in your enquiry and we'll confirm.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee. Just mention your pet in your enquiry and we'll confirm the details. Registered assistance animals stay free of charge.
